We are trying to get vaccinations for our JSM members. If you are in group 1A or 1B, and have not yet received the vaccine, please contact Sonal with the following information:

  2. Date of Birth

  3. Underlying health conditions, such as diabetes, heart conditions, etc…

  4. Phone Number

  5. Home address

Please send this information as soon as possible!

Sonal is trying to do this only for JSM members and there is no guarantee that she will be successful.

Every year, we collect our membership dues during Diwali.

Amount: $30

Due by: December 25, 2020

Special Announcement

This year, we have decided to donate the dues to the Hindu Temple. We will be matching the funds from our account!
